A partnership with parents that strives to enhance student learning and enrich the lives of the students within Bidbury Infant School.
Although the school is funded by Hampshire County Council, we depend upon fund-raising activities throughout the year to pay for extra resources, equipment and fun activities for the children. These are planned and promoted by our parents association – The Friends of Bidbury Infant School.
We have an active group that supports the school in a number of ways. To raise money, we hold cake, sweet and ice creams sales, at times relying on delicious contributions from parents, as well as holding termly raffles, non-uniform days and other events.
The committee always welcomes new members or parents who just like to help at functions – we are all busy parents and appreciate any time that people can give, no matter how small.
